Outplacement Programs
These programs are sponsored by the company who has a Reduction In Force (RIF). For large numbers of RIF’d attendees, a phased plan may be recommended or planned in advance with accommodations.
Upper Management
- All virtual sessions are 1:1.
- Duration of engagement is TBD.
Middle Management
- Combination of 3 1 hour virtual group sessions followed by 1:1 virtual sessions with length of engagement TBD.
Non-Management
- Job Search Bootcamp: 3 1 hour virtual group
- (50 attendees/session) sessions during 1 week
- with a 1 hour virtual workshop session the following 4 weeks.
- Participants will have access to virtual group open office hour sessions for 3 months dedicated to their group.
The Interview Bootcamp
- 3 virtual 1-hour sessions, 3 days one week (50 attendees/session)
- 1 follow up work session 1 week later
- Individual option to attend an open office hour 2 times
The Intense Interview Bootcamp (Group)
- 1 single session, 3 hours long with breaks (50 attendees/session)
- 1 follow up session, 1 week later
