Our Founder
Barbara Austin is the founder of bperceptive, LLC. She is a leading interview coach whose candidates have turned interviews into offers. Drawing on her experience in professional services and information technology business development, she developed a unique approach that helps candidates unlock their potential and attain success to land the job of their dreams.
She is the author of “Nail the Interview!” The Recruiting Insider’s Workbook for Candidates, an Amazon Kindle #1 bestseller. She later released a second edition and expanded her methodology into structured programs for corporate outplacement, students, recruiting firms and individual job seekers.
Barbara’s approach equips candidates with the tools to confidently navigate any question, clearly communicate their value, and stand out throughout the interview process. Her programs develop strategic thinkers who are prepared to land roles aligned with their goals.
